Sigh* thank you for this! It definitely help sweeten the bitter taste this last episode left. I love Blindspot and it had been one of two shows that hadn't disappointed me so far this season and this last epidose... the whole Nas/Kurt thing made me sick! Ewww, I'm not here for that. I know Jane isn't perfect and has made/makes mistakes but she's gone through so much and they all just tend to forget that. I'm really rooting for her to make it out stronger and hopefully have her brother with her too:) as for Kurt and the team... they don't currently deserve my baby Jane

Who doesnt love protective kurt i know i do. The best thing about fan fiction is this ability to rewrite/ reinterpret characters and scenes and i love what u did

I like the idea of the redo. But I don't see Kurt acting quite this way like he does at the end. I see things way too tense s they're hurting separately.

I bet to some extent this is going to happen in the season finale. I bet Jane finishes her mission, and the CIA want her back. It would make an interesting arc for the next season.

Ah, I loved this. Very satisfying to read such a strident defence of Jane, and I loved the primal aspects, with Kurt and Keaton squaring off. More, please!

You know what I am pretty sure we will see Deputy Director of the CIA Jake Keaton again (I'm obsessed with this idea tbh - so I LOVE YOU WROTE THIS), I think this is why he was in Bulgaria - to make Kurt know who he is and for viewers to see it - and I think your fanfic can happen in the show (I'm counting on it)
because:
a) Keaton is very, unhealthy even, interested in Kurt Weller
b) Jane escaped from the CIA black site what for sure was like a slap in the face for him (deputy director himself interrogated her and she not only escaped but also she kicked his ass)
c) now Keaton is for sure angry that Weller almost killed him :) so I can feel Keaton's need of retaliation
and d) now Keaton knows Jane is important for Kurt
- it all makes me believe Keaton is going to visit NYO
and Jane doesn't know that Kurt knows who tortured her which is interesting - if they meet Keaton again and Jane will be not happy about it there won't be any need for explanation from Kurt's point of view so Kurt can easily hit that asshole and then talk with Jane about all of it in the locker room where the best Jeller moments happen
so anyway thanks for your fanfic, it was great!
