As for Vlad, smug and condescending as ever, even after a year in jail. I wonder if he gave useful information or whether he enjoys throwing red herrings at them. I'm looking forward to the next chapter and the meeting with Frostbite!

I think mystery drama possibly

Little does lad know, the break out happened before the six month mark of Danny having his powers... Adding using a calendar to the list of things Vlad is bad at.

I don't think I've ever seen more than one episode of Criminal Minds, but I'm a big sucker for crime related DP stories. So far it's really good, the plot and intrigue complicated enough to be interesting and unpredictable, but not artificially so (until now). There are a few typos and missing words, but nothing too bad, and while I remember the first paragraph of the first chapter being a bit awkward (not bad though), I feel like it got much better, the dialogues feeling natural.
It's also an interesting setting post-PP, with Danny being the town hero, but still a bit awkward and a minor who can and will be kept out of dangerous stuff and grounded by his parents. I guess I'm more used to a secretive and perhaps more power-oozing Danny, so your Danny is quite a change, although not a bad one.
In any case, great job, I'm looking forward to more!

It's either Paulina or Sam but I think Sam is likely a red hearing after all you had Sam missing during the murders and had her say she would bo something to the Phan girls, making her look obvously guilty so obviously it couldn't be her. Paulina is a crazy obsessive bitch which showed up at the beginning and hasn't apeared scince so she either did it or she was the first victim and has just been hidden away rotting this entire time. Or maybe it's Spectra it wouldn't be hard to believe she's an old wraith who gained a more focused mind over time and wanted to create more to spread misery. She does have an unusual skin color for a ghost afterall she doesn't care about the lives of others and she feeds off of people

This is really interesting and having it set after PP gives it a surprising dynamic. I like the police chief. I'm eager to see where this goes.

This is great! You seem to have a great plot from the beginning, have established what life is like for Danny after he saved the world, and the story flows nicely, no awkward explanations. I cant wait to see what you come up with next.
