intresting story and would like to see more. but for takumi harem i would keep it at 2 and at the most 3 but 2 works better cause more than that and it becomes a harder to include it into the story plus it becomes real cliche.

for the other girl besides akeno i would advise ravel or the valkyrie rosswessrie cause akeno and takumi would love doing bdsm with those 2 and lets be real ravel has the Constitution to live through the bdsm sessions both siblings would have with her. for rosswessrie the joy would be in how both siblings would corrupt her.

now for issei harem i would advise his to be small as well and have it consist of asia, irina,or xenovia. i would exclude rias cause this is just my opinion its your story and im just throwing out ideas but rias could do better than issei, so could all the girls but rias and akeno more than most of the cast. and the author of dxd really just made the girls brain dead on most occasions cause yea issei has some decent qualities but they are massively outshone by his bad ones aka his extreme pervision and lust that he never filters and never grows sure he has his moments but right after those moment hes back to being a massive pervert who hasnt really changed from the start.

rias even at the start of canon had better options like kiba or akeno, or sona,sure she can be grateful to issei but for romance she had better options. now in this story you could change issei character but if hes the same as canon and doesnt grow then rias liking him isnt justified cause she has better options. plus again her liking issei again would be cliche and unless his character changes and he grows her liking him is just not justified.

so my rant on issei is over and again these are just some ideas and suggestions im just throwing out in the end this is your story and you write it how you see fit.

Searched for Shots DXD stories and got lucky finding this one,this Hinejima siblings tale is awesome and Takumi sure feels authentic,you could have fooled me thinking he was a Canon character if I didn't have knowledge of the series.

Hope you continue this OC Story as personally after reading the Manga it has certainly been enough with Issei as a focus for me.

Hmm not sure if you're still going to continue this one, but just giving my input here. Personally think Koneko would be weird to enter Issei's harem with your setup, and plus she can grow a lot when she starts developing her nekomata powers more. I mean I see grown up Kunou in there already. Shirone's adult form is basically a white Kuroka lol. Everyone else is no comment, just found the Koneko part weird.
