This was beautifully done, almost poetic in its imagery and everyone was wonderfully in character. Thank you for this, there isn't nearly enough good fic for the First Doctor era.

What an interesting plot! A calm acceptance of the end of a world. And the good sense of aliens to leave things alone when people had already decided their fate. Lovely story.
