Hey you have the timeline wrong. If Harry wound up in the timeline where the first Fantasic Beasts movie takes place in, hes NOT 'FOUR years AFTER Voldemort is born', but SIX years BEFORE Voldemort is born. *lol* Harry Potter wikia has the timeline.

I think you are going little too slow with the story, like everyone is propably reading this so that they could read about the time they are in New York, but it has taken you 5 chapters to go through proposal, which all are short chapters even and could have fit all in one chapter.

Okay, so this is an awesome idea, and I love how you're building it up slowly, but all the dialogue being italicized makes it near impossible to comprehend. Italicization is associated with stuff like thoughts or flashbacks or an intense tone of voice; I'm hearing everyone in my head as though they're whispering harshly into a metal bowl, which is very distracting. I won't be able to continue reading if it stays like that, but I really REALLY want to because I'm so interested.

Side note: Ginny's kind of bitchy in this, isn't she? Although, I can't say I understood that she "dumped" him until Harry said it. I thought she was just telling him to be more impressive...

To be honest I've come back to reread this at least 3 times. Not because it's good but because I don't quite understand it. It's a good piece of writing and it's well written but It's just too short and doesn't tell enough of what's happening or going to happen. It's kind of confusing.
