It seems as if you're hinting a past romantic relationship between Sasuke and Itachi before their parents death. I mean it's pretty obvious that Sasuke still feels something for Itachi (Attraction?).

And he seems bitter towards his older brother.
You hinted that Itachi is in a new relationship, maybe that's the reason? I'd like to know, what really happened between them! And how did Sasuke fall so quickly for Naruto? Please write more about his thought process, his feelings... Naruto too.

I'm really confused. Why was Fugaku angry? Why did their mom kiss Itachi on the lips? Also were you hinting that there was something between Itachi and Sasuke? (Memory of them "tangled limbs in sheets" before their parents plane crash?) I don't understand why Naruto deliberately or accidentally didn't meet with Sasuke at 4? I don't understand what led to them having sex in the final scene. I think it makes sense if I assume Naruto said "I didn't know you cared" before Sasuke called him an idiot but I feel like I had to think about it for five minutes after reading it twice.

I honestly don't know what to make of this story but I know I want to read it again, it leaves me with a lot of questions and a weird feeling.

The writing is a bit choppy, and I get where you were going with the style, but I would have liked more thoughts/feelings. Right now it feels a lot like "he did x, then did y. And then he did z"

I particularly like the eay you describe the environment. Very realistic. Puts me in the moment exact. Byts it's not too much description. ️
