I can see the appeal to this story! It’s as close as a person can get to real reactions from a normal person to the Host Club with our making it too boring or unbelievable! And Toru is an amazing character! Different than what most people do and I just wanna keep reading about her and her shenanigans with the Boys! See you next update!

i really hope uou haven't abandoned this story, bcuz this is such a great story from the first chapter it really pulled me in. I would hope you continue this because i really like it and i want to know more as to what's going to happen to Toru next and her crush with Mori-Senpai. I really wish you continue this, like seriously continue this story.

It’s well written however the plot itself has many holes and feels forced. To refer to a female as rugged is actually kinda rude. Athletic, toned or anything of the like would have been okay but rugged just doesn’t fit.

There’s also holes in his/her character - he tries to be fierce and unwavering but as soon as pressure is applied he caves, which is again not fitting with his host profile.

I also felt that the bad luck and way of making him join was a total cop out. You basically just reused the anime haruhi introduction but did it in a more messy way.

You’ve also completely ignored common sense and character moral. If some gets hot tea spilled on them and collides like that they’re going to be in pain and people would force them to get help. The Oran characters are also not as heartless and insensitive as you’ve portrayed them, Kyoya wouldnt have made him repay them when tamaki both injured and caused the problem. He would have found a better method.

I’m sorry to be harsh but I felt to improve your writing you need to understand the flaws present in it

I love this! But it's very rude to refer to someone as a girl when everyone uses "he"... what if they were transgender and you were outing them? Just thinking. But I really like the plot of this so far!

If they know now that Toru is a girl, why are they still reffering to her as "he" in chapter 4

I just realized that Toru makes me think of a fem!Sanada Yukimura from Sengoku Basara when it comes to appearance.

I only have 1 problem with this story, and that's Kasanoda and Renge's years. Kasanoda is in 1-D while Renge is in 1-A with Haruhi and the Twins.
