OMG! Favourite Fanfic yet, and I’ve read loads! I really hope you continue this story.

I love Hiccup and Toklo together.

I remember reading this and it was going and going and made sense, then it took a hard right and I got lost and could no longer tell where things were going... I think that’s also where your thinking changed. I liked the story up to that point, after that, I’m not so sure, I think things just started going too far, and I am glad that you have recognized that, you’re not a bad writer for writing for views and such, you’re a good writer for recognizing that things were going wrong and you’d lost your true focus. So don’t beat yourself up, at least you recognized it before it got entirely out of control.

This is indeed one of the best fanfics out there. Just reading it hooked me immediately. It's a brilliant AU take on the HTTYD franchise that you do justice to. Seeing things from Hiccup's and everyone else's points of view hit me right in the gut - they all have their dark sides, and you manage to even give those dark sides a lotta depth and rawness that few storytellers do. It's writers like yourself that truly understand how to tell a great story. I hope that you find a way to continue the story that you're on.

I understand your reasoning and I wish you the best of luck with this but I'm not a fan of oc's filled with plot armor and basically killing off or removing main characters for no reason out of your story. But it was amazing up until then! just not a fan of oc's! 3

Also you could have had a pretty epic redemption story for hiccup when he realized she could have survived. But I respect trying to keep it dark.
