This was very well done. I liked this twist on the characters and the team set up. I can only imagine the powerful feelings and emotions that Danny would project on a daily basis. He wears his heart on his sleeve and gets so emotionally involved in many situations that an empath would likely be overwhelmed by his presence. Steve handled it, though. A second chapter with Steve in the job would be really nice to read.

Amazingly magnificently beautifully written story

Different and Interesting. Wow Danny a Captain and n charge of 5-0. Never read a story were he was in charge. And same with Steve not being in the Navy anymore . I hope you continue with this . Make it a series. Would love to read stories after Steve joining and being part of 5-0. And see how it is with him not in charge of it. Or even him meeting Grace. And Danny and Steve becoming good friends.

That was a little different, I should imagine a passionate man like Danny projects a lot, all the time!
