So much in the show is unshown and unspoken isnt it? l still find is strange to think of these 2 as boyfriends but l still love the story! It's an excellent chapter! I loved it as much as I loved the story in whole. :) You know that I prefer longer fics but this one is certainly at the very top of my favourites list.

for us all! l just adore this and am so addicted to your fanfic! As Pallada says - your stuff is right up there with the very best! Of course that's because it is all Casey-centric! Inventive,well researched,
imaginative, well constructed and planned out, and true to the characters and well written. What more can l say?

Brilliant update! I like everything but especially enjoyed the scene in the ambo with delirious Casey. It broke my heart when he was calling for his parents. Matt is normally a very private person but now that he is in a hypovolemic shock, his guards are down and we can see how deep the emotional trauma of losing his dad is... This story reminds me of the best House fanfics! It

THAT was... Oah. A pure amount of emotions, goods and bads. Severide can't blame himself but he does, and apparently, you chose to put them together in this story (hencing the "I'm his... I'm his next of kin" - maybe just Shay is aware and not the other, he didn't want to get this relationship official?).
