Only read the Taylor chapter, the others are confusing.

You're clearly trying to start things off on a high note, but you've changed too much, too fast, with too little explanation. There's not enough familiar material for anyone to care enough to get invested in, and the swarm of unknown and unexplained author characters merely compounds this issue.

As a glance at the second chapter reveals a situation essentially similar save for the lack of immediate and rapid demises, I honestly cannot say that this was well-thought out or worth trying to read any further.

Was the update just some editing? It seems there is no new chapter.

Tried to read. Story is too confusing. Jumping over what seems like 4 different story lines with no explanation.

Love the Taylor story, have problems connecting to the rest. Might be old man syndrome, but I like following one plot to a legit stopping point. Alternating viewpoints rapidly just pissed me off. Taylor was first so I followed it.

This is a very interesting idea. Unfortunately all the SIs/OCs are and incredible distraction from the good parts. Eventually I just skipped their chapters. Wanted to see more of a seasoned Skitter handling business in early canon.
