your argument is valid but not, I think, enough to stop a nomination. I don't think he'd get in, but a nomination at least. take into consideration the fact that he was at some point an Avenger, which is a team much like the Justice League.

Yes yes yes yes yes! There are precious few fics out there that properly portray Laura as who she was, and who she is after getting to know Logan and other kids her age. And even though the story is just Young Justice with Laura, you’ve made it feel fresh by weaving a good portion of the Marvel/X-Men universe into the DC world.
My only gripe with the story isn’t even a gripe, if anything, it’s just a small suggestion. With Laura’s tendency to meet her enemy head on (After being seen of course), she tends to get shot/stabbed/knocked around a good bit. But even after all that happenes to her, you don’t really write that she’s rather bloody after. The most prominent example is when Laura went on her first mission with the team, and she got riddled with bullets when they attacked. That for sure would have left her quite bloody after that fact, even with her fast healing.
So if that’s my only gripe, then you’re writing on hell of a story here. Keep up the good work and I’ll be keeping my eye on this story for future chapters...

Pretty good story, you changed things enough to where it isn't a complete rehash of canon. Little things to be sure, but enough nonetheless. I personally want to see the epic pissing match between Waller and Fury. It needs to happen (I'd personally root for Fury). I hope you write a sequel soon.

Dammit it's Kimura! Can't someone Kill her please!? Zatana could since she has no magic resistance, Kuldar by drowning her. I know they have a no kill Rule but there is a reason Laura killed her.
The team is about to see Laura's personal tormentor. I hope she doesn't use the trigger scent to force Laura to fight them...Though thinking about it Miss Martian could use her telepathy on Laura like Jean Grey did to free her completely from the effects of trigger scent and heal her mind.

All in all a good chapter with lots of fight scenes.

So she's thinking about rejoining the team? Should be good. Though I have a feeling once the team tells her about their secrets being revealed she may reveal her blood stained past with them.

One thing that almost always gets underestimated is how useful scent is as a super-sense. Laura should be able to tell Artemis & Cheshire are related through it (not sure if that is mentioned later, only now beginning to marathon this), not to mention everyone Red Arrow had been in contact with (likely including one of the Light's debriefing sessions with him as well). The webcomic Freefall had a bit where the character Florence gets her ability to form long-term memories temporarily shut off and has to navigate her way around a lab based entirely around scents, the location/age of those scents, and whatever she managed to write down on sticky notes. Schlock Mercenary's own Schlock also has superhuman smelling, the Barsoom Circus Command arc had him get a temporary job as security during a contract with said circus after he directed a woman to her lost kid based on their matching scents and then confirmed just how accurate his sense of smell was by listing out one of the circus employee's diet, the chemical he uses to do his laundry, brand of aftershave, and the fact that he uses said aftershave to hide the scent of two different women from each other. Later on, he identifies an explosive at a seven-week old blast site that had been hosed down, bleached, and rained on since, leading to him personally unraveling a conspiracy based on who he identified with that scent.
