Loved the ending!

And here I find a second well-written fic. Yes, you've impressed me twice. A rare thing, in my experience.

Again, I will comment on the formatting. It needs a little more of a break between certain sections to indicate the switching. However, having the text italicized did wonders for illustrating a clean cut line between past and present. I also commend you for managing to write a more plausible means of getting Sha're and Daniel back together without going overboard on the whole emotional upswing. After all they've been through, any kind of getting back together will have its down-sides, moments of doubt, etc.

The only other complaint I had concerning the story was a lack of detail in some areas. There were sections that were virtually all dialogue and no substance. I understand that it is a revised copy already, so this is just a way of reminding you to watch out in the future with other works. That extra sentence in between lines of dialogue helps to flesh it out and feel less like "skimming" through the bones of a story.

Other than that, I'm impressed. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and am adding it to one of my favorites. Again, thank you for the time and effort you've put into the creation of this fic and I look forward to finding more.

Aw, what a heartwarming story. I was concerned that Ammaunet was just messing with Daniel's mind and pretending to be Sha're, but luckily I was wrong. It really was a great story with a very plausible ending. Thanks for sharing!

That ruled! I think its the best AU fic I've ever read when it comes to daniel and sha're. Two kids? Sweet! Daniel and Jonathan. How cute! I know Daniel's not exactly Daniel's kid-okay that sounded weird-but anyway, we all know Daniel will love little Daniel just as much as his own Jonathan. Yay! Daniel with a family of four! Awesome!

So cute, i was so sure danny was going to remember that he had killed Ammonet and sha're along with her or something like that. But this ending very cute. love it.

Perfect! I love Thor's Hammer (although, having never seen the episode, I have only the vaguest idea of what it is/how it works), I love Ammonet/Abydos stories, and I *adore* Daniel/Sha're (are you sick of me saying that yet? Because I don't think I am anywhere close to stopping). Again, another brilliant way to reunite them, and everyone is completely in character. Jack in particular had some brilliant lines. Having the flashbacks made the story completely addictive.
