If you consider Draco and let anyone know and I find out about it, I'll black list your stories for me. If you scrap Ron and Hermione you might as well scrap Harry and Ginny. They are just as incompatible in my view, anyway. What too many readers and writers don't consider is that classic compatibility can be greatly over rated. The ability to complete each other means that there needs to be differences. The critical element is the ability to stay for the long haul for both individuals. .It isn't even a 50% - 50% split. It needs to be at least a 90% - 10% split for both parties no matter what the issues are AND THERE WILL BE MAJOR ISSUES. Been there, done that. For me it was not financial irresponsibility, marital fidelity, or her physical attack against me. If SHE had agreed to get the help she needed, we could have sorted it out. It came down to her filing for divorce and accusing me of inappropriate contact with my oldest daughter - age 13. When she found her deposition in my filing cabinet, she caught a bus to my attorney's office and read the lady a riot act if she dropped me as a client. She then call her mother a liar in the judges chambers in front of both attorneys. I wouldn't have changed a thing. I have four wonderful children I finished raising. All are extremely successful. All have wonderful kids and spouses (grand kids for me to dote on) except for that pesky youngest daughter who is a Captain and Company Commander in the U.S. Army.

Cedric is the only potential choice out of the three you gave IMHO. She would be an un-supportive bitch to Fred since she thinks pranks and the work that goes into making them is a waste, and way too judgmental of Regulus's cultural background and opinions. (The pureblood tradition and culture aren't all wrong) Cedric could potentially reign her in since he doesn't have much to criticize according to Hermione's perspective.

*snicker* as you can tell, I'm not a fan of canon Hermione. I wouldn't foist her upon anyone I actually liked.

Ron and Hermonie are perfect in the opposites attract way. He would keep her from being too driven and and anxious to the point of getting an ulcer. She would bring out his caring and loyalty side. I know not everyone agrees with me, but I think J.K. did a great job with pairings, although I do think Luna and Neville would make a cute couple.

Severus as well deserved a life. Cedric will probably want to get back with Cho. Fred with one of the Gryffindor chasers. So Hermione with Regulus.

What about Hedwig, Dobby or even Mad Eye.

If not Ron and Hermione, then make it Fred and Hermione.
Anyways, so far the story is nice. But, an update a month, seriously! Try to update a bit quicker!

I like it so far. I only like Hermione with Ron though so...
