You write gorgeous fic. Honestly, you do. The angst of the unrequitedness of it all lies thick and heavy and soft, like a smothering pillow. Wolfwood, torn by his imminent betrayal (of someone, of not knowing who, or knowing who and hating). Millie, taking whatever she can get. And that last sliver of Vash, brooding (although he's really in the entire fic because Wolfwood thinks of him so much), especially in light of what we know will happen in the morning. I love Nicholas quoting Solomon, and looking younger when he sleeps. Thanks for writing and posting!

I'm not sure I totally agree on what you brought out of the closet - but the story is good, even sweet, if not at times odd. Even in love with someone else, I think you know who you are with at the time.

I enjoyed reading this story alot and here's a review for S,G & S that was really good too (I'm obssessed w/ Wolfwood. but overall me likes!

I never read outside my pairings. V/W only, and I clicked this thinking "I'll skim the parts that don't involve them." And damn you, I read every word of this fic, loved every bit of it, and went to read all of your others, then came back, re-read it, and now I've got to review it.

This is a demand. You must write more. You have to have to have to and if you do not, I shall pout. *Nod* That's right. Pout.

You portrayed Millie beautifully, added depth without taking from her her innocence. Wolfwood was all the things he should be, a tired, strong priest. I wish I could pick apart everything I loved, but it all blended together so well, I can't.

Really good. Beautiful, in a way, especially with the Song of Solomon. One of the best stories I've read in a while.

Very nicely written...i like the story, though it's kinda depressing. sorta makes the heart ache for Wolfwood's postion of peril...that was probably the ojective, huh? Keep up the good work, author.

::applauds:: May I say this is great fluff between Milly and Wolfwood. When around Nicholas (~_) I think Milly acts so differently and I guess openly with him. It shows there's some connection between these two. I liked how you showed this concept. The Vash/Wolfwood implications weren't bad or confusing. It blended nicely in this story. Great job.
