I keep coming back to reread this cause it's how I think Harry should've reacted to this farce! I mean, the only people I can imagine truly missing that walking, talking garbage disposal would be his family! He's the most jealous person in the school. Then there's the farce itself! They tell all three school you have to be of age to enter yet Harry's obviously three years too young. Neve the less Fumblemort insisted he had to participate. And the other two schools, though they protested loudly about it, agreed Harry had to participate. Therefor, it seems to me the other school were in on it from the outset. That Harry and Hermione left after their fourth year and never returned shows that they prophecy was as phony as a rubber galleon. Had it been true then Harry wouldn't have been able to walk away. Though I must admit it is possible for the prophecy to be real but just not as Fumblemort thinks it is. I once predicted a based end for someone based on his life style and it came true several years later. That was in real life! My personal opinion is that Fumblemort wanted someone else to ride him of Tommy-boy so he wouldn't have to get his own hands dirty. I'm not sure how but I think he had his hands in the deaths of Harry's parents and the Longbottoms insanity. After all, He did suggest to both families go into hiding under the Fidelius Charm instead out getting out of the country. To me anyways, that would've made much more sense. So all together The outcome of this story makes more sense than H/Hr sticking around for another four years of near death tests every year.

Having read this story several times, I always find it enjoyable. Why any author can pair Harry with that mega fangirl Ginny and later see them married I'll never understand. So if they're not gonna pair H/Hr then there're tons of others before considering Ginny. As for that supposed friendship with MoooRon, that was a set up from the get go! Molly Weasley attended Hogwash for seven years. Her two eldest sons attended for seven years. Percy, along with the twins was already attending at the time. So how could she forget the platform number and how to get on it? Also, why did the Weasley's never use the Floo to get to the platform? Other families did. Can you really see the Malfoy's walking through Kings Cross station with all those muggles around them?! No, that first meeting, just as Hagrid coming to give Harry his Hogwash letter instead of a true professor, was a set up. All a part of Fumbles mad grand scheme.

To those odd people who don't think the word poof should have been used you should all wake up. just because adults are now stuck on being all PC does not mean much to the youth of Britain. In fact daily far worse things are spoken in their everyday conversations, you should listen to some of the teens around you, they are not at all worried about being PC. Eric
