Well it's not like u can't make that possivle, all you'd need is to give izuru the right equipment and motivation before she died from her wounds~

Imagine the hope that could be born in the conquering of the despair the fans have in that they believe the Chiaki in the Side Despair animation never died. (Or so we all assume is going to happen.) That somehow and someway she either became an Ultimate Despair as well or ended up in a state where she was cut off from the world but not dead and that being brought into the New World Program, she will get to be with beloved classmates like before the fall into despair. Though it would be pretty confusing considering how would Naegi explain to Hajime and company why Naegi had them believe that Chiaki was an AI and that her 'death' in the New World Program was permanent when in this scenario it isn't.

Perhaps at some point towards the Side Despair anime, Chiaki will succumb to a Despair-induced coma and will awake from it due to the New World Program somehow. The only question would be where was she during her possible coma and whom was making sure to take care of her during that time.
