Mortal nasuverse sin in this chapter. No World Conscience or less of one would have little to no positive effect on Shirou/Archer's projections. They wouldn't be more real, meaningfully longer lasting, or closer to the original in performance/rank.
The World doesn't degrade their Rank, that stems from Shirou/EMIYA's inherent limitations as a magic user. He simply can't recreate them absolutely perfectly, and so they are lesser.
As for the World breaking them down, Shirou's projections last indefinitely. Or at least so long that he didn't even know they were supposed to fade away. They will last so long as his image of them remains strong. It's why Shirou's projections were inferior to EMIYA's, his image was inferior, the production was inferior, and when EMIYA's started breaking his the undeniable reality clashed with his image and shattered it both literally and metaphorically. If the current World has any effect on his creations and it's not erasing them at a noticeably faster rate EMIYA isn't likely to notice at all. The World might be erasing him slower than what he'd expect, but that's a given as far as he knows because he doesn't have a Master serving as an anchor to the World.
No World is just right out. If that was the case his magecraft wouldn't work at all.

My main critique so far is that the character's dialogue doesn't match their personality. I don't think I've ever heard Yang say nonsense, nor does it sound like something she'd do. And it's not just Yang, it's everyone else too. Maybe work on witting purely modern (normal) conversations you'd have with your friends to translate into a story?

I just imagined Liam O'Briens (probably butchered his name) voice while I read this chapter when Archer was breaking RBY (since Wiess is KO) down. It was awesome. I do hope you continue this.
