What a beautiful piece of writing! I've enjoyed seeing the art people have been creating, though I admit that I couldn't help wondering where Ichigo learned to dance. Or Rukia, for that matter. Your story gives the perfect explanation - they didn't know they could dance like that until they did it. The implication that this is a celestial pairing dancing together at the center of the universe is perfect. I've always thought that the Ichigo-Rukia relationship was beyond anything as simple as "love", that it was something much deeper and more significant, the kind of bond that will exist through lifetimes, and this story reflects that perfectly.

I love the poetry of this. You know I don't really ship these two, but they are undeniably the heart and soul of Bleach. In this, you've been more true to these characters, their relationship, and the to the core of Bleach than its creator was. I will always be immensely sad that Kubo failed his characters, story, and readers so profoundly, but I am heartened by and grateful for the swell of stories, art, and meta by fans who, in the end, loved the story and characters of Bleach more than their creator did.

As beautiful as all the "Dance with Snow White" art memes are, your story elevates them and puts them in an even more powerful context. Thank you for this.
