I like when authors like you show joker and Harley's true relationship instead of a other authors who say fluffy shit like the joker never harming a hair on Harley's head. You show their abuse and believe me I've seen many stories of sweet kind joker this and blah blah blah. Thanks!

Just found this story today and I'm enjoying it immensely! Can't wait to see what happens next and i would definitely love to see a story from you in J's POV (:

I loved this so much.

• The "No. 1 Aunt" coffee cup made me smile

• God bless Joker's personal guard

• The fact that she's struggling with trying to keep from blushing makes me scream on the inside because YYYYAAAASSSS. You are honestly describing her struggles with him so accurately. I love you for it.

• Harleen's sass when it comes to them talking about her name just goes to show she is a bad-ass

• HE JUST SAID THAT TO HER. Oh my lord I'm glad she's keeping her shit together cause 99.9% of women in her spot would've jumped over the table and just had sex with him then and there.

• Writing her the way you are is only making the story all the more better, really. Mentioning how some of the things he tells her affects her, how her subconscious is scolding her for getting so "schoolgirl" over him it's amazing

• I love how she's getting selfish over him. Saying that she didn't want any other doctoring looking at any of his work and stuff like that, just makes me happy because she's adorable and I don't even think you meant to write her as adorable. Don't get me wrong, she's still a bad-ass but that line about him being her own enigma to solve just makes me love her even more because she doesn't want to share

• Jonny! AHHHH this is getting good

Holy shit.

• Starting off the chapter with a nightmare about The Joker was brilliant.

• I love how you've described Arkham Asylum's look

• "The protection had always seemed a little too much for Harley, but today she welcomed it" this line makes me giddy

• The entire conversation between Harleen and Dr. Arkham had me a little anxious. The way he described her as having the perfect touch to make Joker squeal is perfect

• The mentions of Mary and Lilah were different but refreshing to see that Harleen's not just doctoring The Joker like a lot of stories don't mention her other patients and they especially don't go into depth at all about them and so for you to add this makes it all the more better

• The ending of this chapter is chilling and intense in the best way possible

This is something I've been meaning to do because after reading the first paragraph of your story, I was automatically hooked and I've stayed hooked without having a little shred of boredom.

I'm going back and re-reading the entire story so I could name all the reasons I love it so much:

• Bruce and Harleen's relationship is really interesting, and how it's being described is almost ironic in a sense. It describes her as thinking he's boring and it seems he's using her to get women off him, but eventually (obviously) she's going to wind up with one of the most entertaining and least boring men ever

• She compares herself to other women, feeling as if she isn't sophisticated to be at a stuffy event like that and having that being mentioned within the first 3 paragraphs of the story, points out that she's vulnerable

• JOKER. I'm in love with the way you've described him coming into the story as "a god in a room full of mortals" because it's so accurate. There's always been that hidden-under-the-surface confidence and aura about The Joker in all versions of him, in all comics with him in them and all movies. I also love the way it's as if he's performing instead of murdering.

• Batman's & Joker's dynamic. "Joker didn't look scared of Batman, in fact he looked fond of him, as if he was laying his eyes upon an old friend" I can imagine this playing out and it's beautiful (sounds weird, I know.)

• Harleen can't seem to see Joker get punched the last time, not mention she seems to sympathize with him subconsciously at times. I really, really find that intriguing.

• It's incredibly ironic how the tables turned with Harleen telling Bruce she can't be with him because dealing with crazy people is her life and she can't drag him into that because he deals with the same exact stuff. I also adore how she's not being selfish with Bruce and she's letting him go so he can be happier.

• Her state of mind in really, really obvious towards the end of the chapter where Bruce just left. She's so vulnerable and at rock bottom. Really, really interesting.

• How strung up she is about Joker being treated at Arkham is just wow. The first time I read this I was dying of anticipation and I still am.

I'd love to see a Jokers pov piece by you. Sad to hear it's ending soon

I have been sifting through TONS of these HQxJ intro/romances and I have just got to say; YOU my friend have been the best so far. Mad props. Seriously, I'm really picky and I want exactly what I want, AND the writing had to be up to my standards. You had some issues with her vs I in the first few chapters but you fixed it and so far I am very impressed. You leave me wanting more! Normally I lose interest imidiatly after the acid bath (romance tends to drop off or get flat and everything get a bit to "bad ol Batsy" for me) but you've kept me reading. Again: mad props

I kinda feel like I may be feeling() where the story is going. Joker is abusive, Harley becomes strong, moves on possibly with Red all the while trying not to go back to him. Nothing wrong with all that but I know I'm in it for the deliciously wonderful fucked up unstoppable LOVE of H&J.

You've had my props, now my pleas: give me some J POV. I want to see his confusion! The joker can't love! But he does... I want to see his conflict as he tries to not care but can't help it. I want to see him obsessed with her but hating it. You've set it up so Perfect! You could have some really amazing flash back/memorie scenes from his eyes; his first sight of her( why does he choose her?) his jealousy( maybe more under that possessive anger?) the electroshock!( why the desire to destroy if just to leave? Or flea...) and or course the acid plunge! If nothing else please PLEASE give me that one from his eyes.

Ok so that was prob way more info than you needed or wanted. I'm sorry if I was pushy I'm just really loving it and want more. It's like 430am and I'm frantically readying fanfic lol.

I love their romance its so twisted, and its so sweet that he wanted the whole of Gotham to know who she was. I like that you reference all of the comic books all of the time as well. It's really clever. Another amazing chapter, please write more soon
