Ok idea but:
1. too many settings are being mashed together for you to handle. You are not even making real use of The Gamer aspect.

2. despite being fictional himself, issei has read/watched the source material of the verses he is visiting. Such as him referencing han-ji han from the gamer manwha.

3. really bad grammar and spelling, get a beta.

4. Too much telling, especially with informed abilities that contradict what we are selling. Do not tell us "wow gnarl is quite the trickster", show us by having him play actual tricks.

5. issei is fine with conquest but find the idea of harvesting animal lifeforce to be too evil for him? does he not comprehend he is going to be killing people in order to conquer?

6. you start issei out with too many powers all at once, just dropping stuff on him to make him as OP as possible. Make him earn powers instead via going out and seizing them. As a rule you should not start off your character with more than 1 cheat power

Time manipulation may screw Issei over.

How over powered Issei already is, is absolutely ridiculious.
Major economic power before starting up? Having a massive army that can not run out?

Now if only the rabbit got a chance to explain that

Constructive criticism start: get a beta or a better one, and also make the chapters a bit longer, other than that, I believe Issei should have one to three wife/concubines per planet and also make him able to shape shift at the cost of between 1,000-10,000,000 blood stones, or empty stones, and/or 5,000 to 100,000,000,000 (100 billion) resources based on the power of the creature he turns into.
I also want an actual individual dual where a battle mage or something from one of halkengias(spelling?) countries tries to kill Issei and take his land which would be a spectacular beat down ;).

Also add lemons

If you do add lemons, make sure they are at least 2k words, add a warning at the start and then a notification when it ends. And also check comments to see what people say to make it better.

Also show us issei’s current stats, skills, land, resources, minions, ships, and people in his harem.
