I honestly find so many RWBY characters to be very naive, and you show this very well. Honestly though, they go to a school to be monster hunters essentially, and they think nobody close might die. Also, have youever thought about what would happen if Cardin was never in the world of RWBY?

You can add to the story the helicopters with X2 technology from Lokheed Martin. They would be very useful in Remnant because they are very fast and much more maneuverable than the current helicopters.

Something that would give us a great advantage would be that Lockheed Martin has already managed to manufacture its compact fusion reactors in this alternative Earth, with which the aircraft carriers could work much longer and NASA and other international entities could launch space probes into space of Remnant to find where it is in space.
