when selena asks toothless to be his mate unfortunately toothless says no. Also it is good that stoick tells hiccup he is proud of him and that the dragons congratulate hiccup on the heart bind. It is good that hiccup kills hauke and that the riders win against the hunters. It is good that hiccup confides in stoick, gobber, and astrid about the heart bind

it is good that selena and shadow go back to berk with hiccup and toothless and are introduced to the other riders. Also it is good that hiccup and stoick are reunited and that hiccup accepts his dads punishment.

It is good that Selena proposes to Phoebe that hiccup be made an honorary pack members. It is good that while shadow resents toothless ultimately he can't bring himself to risk his brothers life and that while black fire was complicit he escapes to warn hiccup and toothless. It makes sense that hiccup is battle haunted it is good that toothless is there for hiccup. Also we see that toothless is worried that hiccup will resent him hundreds of years later but it is good that hiccup assures him he only had a nightmare and that he will not resent toothless.

It is good that ultimately the mykr pack is victorious against the hunters. Also that hiccup convinces the night furies to let him get fabric for a tail fin and that hiccup successfully cured the night furies including onyx

In this chapter we see unfortunately that shadow and eclipse are spreading rumours about hiccup and toothless. It is good that the other night furies explain their legends to hiccup and toothless and that hiccup comes up with the name fury's fire. Also it is good that s biter warns the mykr pack about the hunters

It is good that the other dragons are slowly becoming more trusting though there are some that are more distrusting like eclipse and shadow. Also when hiccup and toothless tell the kits their story unfortunately they get into an argument but it is good that Luna lets hiccup touch her and also we see that make dragons at mykr fight over Selena and she doesn't like it. So it is good that hiccup points out that this gives toothless a chance. Also it is good that toothless explains to hiccup his reason for hating the whispering death and confides in hiccup about his mom and dad.

Also even though stoick astrid and the others are not happy about hiccup staying they at the end agree to lt hiccup stay on mykr for longer.

It is good that hiccup tells the other night furies the story of how he and toothless met. It is good that hiccup and toothless meet toothless's grandfather ekeren and that ekeren vouched for hiccup and toothless so the other night furies agree the matter is settled. Also it is good that even though most of the night furies are still distrusting at least Selena is friendly with hiccup and toothless. Also it is good that hiccup and toothless meet Selena's sister luna and tell stories to the kits.

we see that hiccup feels guilty that he and toothless couldn't free more dragons and hopes that sharpshot successfully delivered the message. It makes sense that hauke is puzzled that hiccup and toothless are gone. Also it is good that toothless explains to hiccup how the heart bind and thought speak works. Also it is good that skylancer is at least friendly to hiccup and toothless though unfortunately shadow, black fire, and eclipse are conspiring although fortunately shadow prevents the hunters from finding the nest

we see in this chapter that hiccup is processing all the implications of the heart bind and while he still is taking it all in it is good that hiccup makes it clear to toothless that he is not angry. Then when hiccup and toothless are summoned to stand before the ueen and the pack unfortunately shadow is still not accepting of hiccup but it is good that the queen does believe hiccup and toothless's story and allows them to stay without being harmed.

this is a big turning point for this story as toothless heart binds to hiccup after Hauke stabbed him. Then after hiccup and toothless escape they reunite with Sharpshot and then it is good that hiccup and toothless runs into shadow and eclipse. We see that the night furies are very distrusting of humans but it is good that shadow and eclipse at least agree to take toothless and hiccup to the queen

it is good that once astrid and stoick realize hiccup has gone to mykr they go off in search of him. Also unfortunately hiccup and toothless are captured by hauke and the hunters. And hauke demands that hiccup train dragons for war and when hiccup refuses the hunters torture him.

it is good that in this chapter trader johann informs hiccup and the others about mykr and the other night furies as in hindsight this leads to hiccup and toothless being heart bound, hiccup being able to think speak and pass that gift onto others. also we learn in this chapter that the humans dont know that the dragons actually can think speak and therefore they secretly have conversations.
