Fantastic story. I love the Malfoy family dynamic, it's so interesting to see a Draco who is unhappy with his parents decisions and actually voices that discontent. I also love you're Hermione - intelligent, sensitive but also strong and powerful. Harry/Hermione's relationship is so supportive and lovely. Having a guy who can reliably do your hair is something that every woman would desire. Especially for Hermione's curls! This, if nothing else, should make her want to be more open with Draco :D And they did a great job handling the press even if whenever Rita is mentioned, I always yearn for her to mess up so badly that Hermione is impelled to once again contain her in a jar.

Draco the fashion designer hits again, lol. Looks like he's even influencing Hermione. The press scene was awesome, I can just imagine it. Now it's back to the case and the mystery, looking forward to the action. Crookshanks and Hermione are just too sweet together. I'm ready for that slow burn to burst into red hot flames ;)

I've been following the story from the beginning and always wishing there were more frequent updates. Unfortunately when the updates became frequent it seems that the story was bland.
I expected something totally different thanks to the gloomy atmosphere that was the beginning, now it took three chapters of meaningless romance in a hotel. It seems to be losing all focus of murder. I know this is a Dramione, it was so original at first with them falling in love in the midst of chaos, now everything seems boring and the focus is solely on the couple.
It had a good potential to be good, but you are spoiled.

Aww, the cuddly duo :) Glad that the apologies were made, even if some misunderstandings aren't so easily solved. Draco and his spell cracked me up, he had so much fun with it too. Hermione made a smart connection for the case, can't wait to see what happens next in their sleuthing. They both seemed to really enjoy their playacting day ;) Too bad that it had to end, but at least they will have more opportunities to perfect their act, lol.

Aw, those misunderstandings. Sad that Draco's feelings were hurt, and sad that Hermione lost her opportunity to apologize. But the conflict is realistic and I can enjoy the angst for a little while, lol. Oh my Pansy and Rita both... Looks like the news will spread quickly now! Or some version of it. Hopefully Hermione and Draco will decide that their playacting is more than that :)

So awkward for both of them, pretending to be in love for the world but discovering they might have very real feelings for each other. The real stuff is all mixed up with the pretend and their undercover assignment. I know they have to keep their minds on the job but it has to be confusing for them, they're falling for each other but both are too afraid to admit it out loud.

Loved the last two chapters! Hermione's dress sounds sublime. I can see exactly why they had their little argument - it's a difficult situation for them both and they're hampered by their preconceptions of the other, feelings that they're trying to suppress and constantly second-guessing what they're doing. (Hope you are still keeping well!)
