There's one thing. Spider-Man is not a strong-willed as Batman, so he would be more traumatized by some of the residents of Arkham Asylum like the Joker and the Scarecrow. Another thing, Spider-Man would not be able to resist Poison Ivy's pheromones and would become more attached to her than Batman would.

you forgot to put the next chapter in.

How about during the Scarecrow saga batman gets breaks free of the fear toxin's. Hold and then helps Spider-Man by shouting in his ear to, " Find the symbol to break free!"

Have Spider-Man and Joker have some witty banter between one another, and Have joker call him webs or websy.

Have Spider-Man ask Batman if Killer Croc is a cross species.

Have Spider-Man web Joker's mouth shut during the Titan fight.

Have you seen the justice league war movie? Can add in a scene with Spider-Man and batman conversing like batman and green lantern, when he finds out that batman is just a normal man? Then Spider-Man develops a newfound respect for him, knowing that even though he is a normal man, batman still risks his life to protect people.

Man about time, now I'm beginning to wonder how will Spider-Man be like handling Batman's rogue galleries? This is gonna be interesting, make chapter 3.
