The lack of love Jirou gets from the fandom is absolutely egregious, and your work is a fine step towards breaching the gap. I like the concept, with the climax being offensively cute. That said, there were a couple things language-wise you could have done to make story better. Firstly, I think your prose could have flowed more smoothly if it were framed in the past tense. Secondly, don't be afraid to show a bit more at the expense of telling. For example, you wouldn't have to blatantly describe Denki as nervous if you were a bit more tasteful with the dialogue and body language (both of which, by the way, were already done well when you wrote how Denki initiated the conversation). Either way, this is still a solid fic and I hope you continue to produce more content! |

I need more stories like this about Jirou. I feel like her being insecure about things should be addressed more. It's pretty important. I like how you wrote her too. I really liked this! I haven't seen a whole lot of this paring, so I'm glad that you wrote this! Awesome story! |
