Also, is it bad that I'm kinda hoping Stoick will find them; he didn't get near enough. I'm just wondering how he managed to delude himself Hiccup was KIDNAPPED. Idiot.

Hi again! I know I already reviewed, but I read some other comments about Hiccup not being able to transform into a dragon. I figured I could add my own opinions :). I don't know if my reasoning/theory is at all aligned with yours - you can tell me in a PM if you want to correct me or clarify - but I agree with your decision. It just doesn't seem right to me if Hiccup is given the ability to transform into a dragon. (I don't mind if that's what you decide to do at some point, so long as you give a logical explanation for it). I can understand the two forms for Shadow. It's like he's able to transform because he was BORN with both forms. A human and a dragon form. Hiccup, on the other hand, was only born with ONE form: human. It's more like Shadow is alternating between two natural forms, whereas Hiccup would have to create an entirely new form from nothing. To me, that would explain why, despite Shadow's blood, he wouldn't be able to morph into a complete Black Moon dragon. Well, regardless of reasons, I still loved your story! 3

Oh my gods, I absolutely loved this fic! I was hooked right from the first chapter. I finished this in a single day, lol. It's rare for me to be so in love with a story, but you've succeeded! I loved Hiccup and I loved Shadow; I loved them even more together XD. The smexy scenes were so realistic, and I loved how you portrayed Shadow with such self-control. It brought to light just how much he truly cares for Hiccup if he's even willing to stop Hiccup's ministrations so that he wouldn't risk hurting the boy. Great job! Now, I must seek out the sequel!
