That way shed find or even before they rescued Tony that Obidiah Stane was behind it all and also behind the illegal practice of selling Tony's weapons to terrorist groups and enemy nations all across the globe. They can lock him up our just 'take him out' lol. Maybe she can make Jarvis sentient before the events of Ultron without giving him a mech body? Just like a form of being conscious. That way when Ultron makes his body but Tony and Thor and them steal it and add what's left over of Jarvis to it. They could still call him Jarvis without calling him vision. His eyes would be the same shade of blue as all the autobots and he'd still have the mind stone fragment attached to his forehead this gaining knowledge of things outside of human technology and Cybertronian tech and all the knowledge Tony gave him when he first created the A.I.
