This was great, I’ve got a big smile on my face as I’m typing this. I loved all of it, Inuyasha’s insecurity, Kagome’s insecurity... It was perfect.

Wow. This is definitely one of the best demon!Inuyasha fics I've read. Not only did you avoid the usual, er, "sexy" tropes (which I have indulged in from time to time, ngl), but you actually managed to capture the characters' personalities and feelings PERFECTLY. Action can be very hit or miss in any reading material, especially in fics, but you did a splendid job. I could visualize everything, and feel the character's emotions as well. I appreciated how much detail went into everything: from the action, to the violence of Inuyasha's wounds, to Kagome's careful bandaging him up, to their tentative yet sweet interactions... so beautifully done.

I LOVED how you expressly pointed out Inuyasha's guilt and fears over his inner demon, especially after seeing the marks on her throat! (poor guy...) And I LOVED Kagome's complete, unconditional faith and trust in him. And I don't think you were "bad-mouthing" their friends: the fact of the matter is that Kagome was the first to accept Inuyasha, and the only reason why he was able to befriend the others. She is special, in so many ways, and I think Miroku, Sango, and Shippo would agree with me :)

Overall, this was a fantastic fic, and I'm glad I bookmarked it a while ago to read. It was totally worth it. Beautiful, heartwarming, and totally about "canon-sounding" as you can get!

This was really well thought out and the characters spot on. I really enjoyed your take on the "Inuyasha turns full youkai with Kagome alone" plot. It's a refreshing change from the ones that usually lead to them have sex or whatnot.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin with what I love about this story: the way it’s totally cannon-compatible, the added greater deph and sensitivity to InuYasha and Kagome’s characters (without actually being OOC)...I could go on, but yeah this story is essentially my bread and butter.

I liked how Inuyasha did all that so naturally. I think you portrayed their bond pretty well. Some jump immediately to "he sees her as mate", and sometimes it seems way to forced.

This is the second story of yours I've completed within just a few hours. I really loved this one as well. It's so well written! Your stories are so easy to get immersed in! You paint perfectly clear pictures without getting lost in your train of thought, or overly wordy. I could read your adaptations/additions to the Inuyahsa world repeatedly without getting tired of them. These are fast becoming my favorite Inuyasha stories. You really understand these characters and you definitely do them justice in your writings. Love Love Love. I will continue to follow you and your stories. Hope you continue. :)
