Ooh, very interesting! I like how you captured and interpreted Merlin's character. He does seem like the type who needs/enjoys seeing people. I can see how you can make a longer story out of this, but this is perfect as a oneshot ;).
Imagine if you did a post-Harry Potter story where this version of Merlin meets Albus Potter and the other next-gen characters-that would be incredible!
