THIS is one of the best fanfics I have ever read!

It's not that trope-y, it's Goddamn realistic and you QUITE nailed the character on the non-OC's. It feels like your in that world and your attached on the characters. In fact, I finished the ENTIRE Emergence series (Except "Those You Left Behind" and that other fic I don't remember the name of) in 3 days WITHOUT SLEEP!

But by no means it's perfect, it has it's own flaws (which includes plot holes) with a big one that affects the story. And that would be Time constraints, but then again, the author had his good reasons.

If I'm going to rank this personally, it would be in the 1st spot (Competing with "Boundless", a RWBY WhiteRose fanfict that had good writing) with "The Men From Onyxa Halo/RWBY crossover fanfict focusing on the UNSC side instead of Team RWBY), "GATE: Thus UNDF Fought Therea GATE AU fanfict Where the Saderan Empire tries to mess with the Semi-SciFi, still recovering Earth), "A Covenant's MistakeA DOOM/Halo fanfict) and that one Battlefield/RWBY crossoverOperation: Firestorm" I think that's the name of the fanfic) that sadly got deleted, after that.

From Ruby getting Isekai'd to Vancouver, to team RWBY reunitting and having a life on Earth, to Cinder and her goons getting obliterated, to Two worlds merging from one another, and ending it with Team RWBY graduating (with their friends and families from the entire series watching them graduate). Nonetheless, it was an awesome ride. And I'm glad I found this series. It was an honour. I will include this to the "Stuff I will make an Homage/Reference/Cameo/Appearance on future content that I may make" list.

ps. If these series where to be animated, the song "Something Just Like This" by ChainSmokers is a perfect fit for the series finale song. It "defines" the entire series as a whole.

I honestly think this is a fitting way to end Emergence. I am not disappointed we will not be getting Emergence Next, I am glad because unlike so many other fan fics, this one has a good and fitting ending; What better way to finish a story about an impossible but fateful meeting of two worlds than by having our characters from both sides grow up (literally and metaphorically) and become the forefront of a new era?

Have you looked up Joe Rollino. The guy that could bend iron bars and break them with his teeth? Technically it would make sense for his parents to be from remnant since both were described as strong. However, don't forget there is a lot more to human biology. Bears can tear off your head with a single swipe. Humans can train. Most ki techniques and meditation is based on the nervous system. They even punch trees to harden knuckles. By repeatedly breaking bone you can make it stronger like a muscle. The Roman gladiators fought lions and bears so much, many of these animals went extinct. Greece had martial arts, called pankration. While even with the best trained humans you couldn't match aura, there are swordsman that claim to be able to cut bullets. One guy did cut an airsoft round quite easily. It's essentially genetics and training. I think governments would consider putting people through dangerous training if it meant an ability to save thousands. That said they would need to find people with the right genetics. According to current historical knowledge, neanderthals were extremely strong and fought prey in close quarters. Whereas humans simply rained projectile javelins and stalked the prey to death, which was safer if requiring more energy. Its quite interesting, neanderthals were larger, had bigger brains to process that superior vision and lived in smaller groups. Think about, large eyes anime characters. Then again we don't know much about neanderthals, but it's an interesting idea considering modern humans have neanderthal DNA. But there is one thing that bugs me, would nerve gas work on a huntsman or would their aura slowly drain? They can get drunk after all, and it parallises them, so aura wouldn't heal it directly.

I can't say that I really know how to respond to this except to say that I hope you write it. I know that even if it is ever written, it probably won't be within the next few years, but I'd be willing to wait until you regain motivation for it.

Of course, all of that is assuming you did end up writing it. Honestly, if you don't write it, I wouldn't be upset. That's your choice (or maybe it's your Muse's choice), not mine. And I would rather NOT read something and think that it could have been awesome than I would read something forced and know it sucks.

I think the sequel should be all about genetic engineering and it's ramifications. The setup already there with people taking DNA samples from noted Remnant fighters and the existence of Remnant/Terran hybrids. I can easily see this happening in three phases. Phase one would simply be regular Terran humans given gene therapy to increase their muscle density and give them aura and semblances. Phase two would see the creation of engineered warriors with the best traits of various hunters bred into them. Think Grunt from Mass Effect 2. Finally phase three would come around and see the creation of god like monsters with inhuman strength and speed, improved aura, multiple semblances, super intelligence and who knows what else.

Ah, The situation in Atlas seems to have gone relatively well.

It was so nice to see all of the characters come together one last time. I especially liked Katya.

This series was a blast, and always a joy to read. Easily, one of the best RWBY fanfiction series I've read.

This Weiss is amazing

I'm sad to see this, I guess you could call it "universe", go. You did a very good job of making the world believable and I think it was the strongest part of the universe. However it is understandable that you're letting it go and ending it with you losing interest in RWBY.

Now to a review of this fic. Honestly I thought it started off very strong with Intervention honestly being my favourite arc. However I think Festival and Destiny were mediocre with defanged being just disappointing, especially after you hyped it up. All it ended up being was Adam captured after a terrorist attack. I thought it was going to be like hunt or intervention with Adam nearly bringing down Vale or at least something interesting happen like maybe he takes Blake hostage and it's about Ruby and Co enlisting the U.S.'s help or going on a crusade to get her back. That would have been an interesting arc.

Edge was pretty much pointless as the same explanation of how times have changed could have been added onto another arc and the relationship was really non-important at all. You could have pretty much deleted the arc and really nothing about the fic would be changed. Hell maybe include the point of edge into the start of the defanged Arc by having say a summit between the leaders of important Terran and Remnan nations get bombed with important members of terran governments dying and Blake being kidnapped in the chaos.

Speaking of bombings after Return I honestly thought you were going to go all volume 3 on Vale with the Vytal festival being screwed with/bombed. Hell that would have been the perfect time to introduce an anti-terran group as an antagonist after the fall of the White Fang in the defanged arc. Maybe have them win over a kingdom through popular support/revolution.

The good news is that the fic ends on a pretty strong point with Run and Unending as it seems you found your stride again after Return. However honestly this fic overall was just disappointing as you could have done a lot more with it after the beginning I think and could have made it a lot more interesting of a fic.

Hello Chris. I mistura Sat, I really liked the end of Remnan Exchange, It was a chapter that reunite all the characters from the Emergence universe, touching, in muito opinion.
Also, I'm feeling a little sad that the story is going to end Thereza, I loved very much the RWBYverse that you presented in the Emergence series. I really hope that you'll find a new inspiration to continue this story, for all the fans you made in these years of fanfiction.
