I love your OC character, especially this one has more personality than Kyoko and Kobayashi is more aware of her surroundings (to me that's a blessing since she actually uses her brain and ask questions) Also love on how her being in the story actually changes stuff around than just simply put her the story and nothing changes. (She actually attempts to help and not just be a Damsel-in-Distress! Even if there are parts that she giving support, she actually knows what's going on and she doesn't like being lied to!)
Though I'm surprised on what her 'future self' did, I can't trust that she betrayed out of malice because we've all been there for her development and it isn't in her character for her to do that.
There's a reason for this. We all know that but it's because of that feeling that we know her that we feel frustrated on the situation. (Shows how much loved your character is receiving from the audience reading this.)
