Hmm. Considering the Graduation is one of my favourite parts of the game, it did feel quite rushed. The post game stuff should be a part of this story, because its all one game.
You know what? I do enjoy this story, but I think it's time for a summary change, don't you?
In that case, the post graduation story could be put into its own ff regardless. Do it however you want to do it.

This is always the saddest part for me, but also one of my favorite parts of the game. You captured it beautifully. I applaud you.

I have always loved this story arc in the Explorers games. You're doing a really good job with it so far! I can't wait Dialga's Fight to the Finish and all of the drama! You can bet I'll listen to the soundtrack while reading this. I'm loving it!

Aww, Celebi lasted half a chapter. Kinda wished we got to see more of her, she was awesome, and it was cute when the game hinted Celebi's feelings for Grovyle.

And throwing rocks at Spiritomb? I'll have to note that. Didn't know geo-pebbles were super effective on them. I jest, but nice chapter!

But nice fluffy chapter, duo sorting their lives out, all good stuff. I'll give a proper review at the latest chapter.

Also, it's just a small thing, but perhaps you could try expressing the characters a bit more?
E.g.

"So, this really is goodbye, Dusknoir sir." Riolu sniffed, trying to wipe a tear away. "For everything you've done...Thank you! Sincerely!"

Dusknoir gave the two a warm smile. "Well...this is good-bye." Dusknoir said slowly.

"I suppose it is." Xaira said.

"Or is it?" Dusknoir's smile grew into a malicious grin. Riolu and Xaira stepped back in surprise.

"Wh-What? Dusknoir, wha-!" Riolu was suddenly cut off when Dusknoir grabbed the two by their throats. Xaira's eyes widened in shock.

"It's too soon for farewells!" he declared, almost sounding victorious. "You two are coming with me!" The ghost demanded, yanking a struggling Xaira and Riolu into the portal before anyone could react.

Does this sound any better? Try putting more emotion into the next chapter, because it'll need it!

Dang, this was good! I remember this part of the game. I can't wait until chapters for the future start coming out! Keep up the good work!

Question, though, can I take it over? I've been doing nothing for ages, and I enjoy the story.

And Grovyle gets away with another Gear. We're getting really close to the most emotional parts of the game.

The battle with Grovyle was pretty good. But will Xaira ever teach herself Shadow Ball? It would be effective in the future (double meaning here if you get it. XD)

I can just imagine all the angst when Xaira founds out that she and Grovyle used to be really close friends. Also the origin story is interesting, but is that how Xaira meets Grovyle?

Urgh Amp Plains...such a frustrating dungeon without the proper assistance. Everytime I had to be sent back to the middle because I fainted in the boss room, I was hoping an Electrike with Lightning Rod and a Tauros joined my team beforehand for the extra back-up.

And yay! Line breaks! And here's the opener to the Time Gear arc, an easily enjoyable arc. Sky is also by far my favourite PMD game, I cried at the ending instead of becoming confused (*cough* Super Mystery Dungeon *cough*).
