This was very good. I am so pleased I found it and had time to read all the way through, though I am sorry I didn’t review regularly. So much of the story was completely unexpected and different it was fantastic. I loved the very unique Emma and Killian. I loved the relationships with Ruby and Graham and baby Henry. I enjoyed Merlin and his ambiguity in the story too. He wound up having a significant part to play! The plot worked together with so many different aspects of magic and realms and curses, it all worked together. The ending was also unexpected and yes I held my breath when Emma and Killian confronted the Dark One. And held my breath until Emma was kissing Killian. A lovely story. I don’t think you are writing anymore, thank you for your OUAT stories and for sharing them with readers.

Thank you for all the time and effort you put into this story. It was quite complex and put me through a range of emotions. I love the ending — Killian’s forgiveness being what killed the Dark One and brought Emma back after all the pain he experienced in his life. The revelation that Merlin orchestrated the whole thing explained so much in the end. Great story. Thank you.

Beautiful, gut wrenching, sad, full of hope, so many things I can not describe, an enchanting story with a love ending love your writing.

LOVING the subtle (and not so subtle) Hamilton references, specially in the early chapters. This story is really good and I love the role swap while still retaining their original personalities. I especially appreciate that Emma is so strong without making her brutish. You've really stricken a nice balance. (I just read all 16 chapters in one go, so this is really an overall review)

I only found your ff a few days ago and read it in a bunch of hours. I really like the way you develope your characters and the plot, the characters are detailed and IC, still they have something of your touch. I enjoyed reading an opposite plot in which Emma is the fierce pirate and Killian is royalty, even if he actually isn't. I love the relationship between him and Henry, the way he feels around the boy, and the relationship with Graham and Robin too! I'm quite upset by Blackbeard's appearance, it isn't good news. I hope you'll give us the new chapter soon, I really want to know what's coming next!
