Speaking as part of the voting bloc that was apparently supposed to just roll over and die once Sodom had five Supreme Court justices in thrall, I feel obligated to point out that, no, Tony, it doesn't work that way. Nobody votes for a purely symbolic candidate who regards him as having publicly spat in the eye of everything he ostensibly symbolizes - and, if you don't know how much of your country still believes that about Obergefell, you need to get out of Manhattan more often. (And, speaking of which: isn't Sam Steve's fellow New Yorker? Why create a ticket that 29 electors can't vote for? Or did one of them pull a Cheney and move to New Jersey the day before the announcement?)

I've thought about what to say, and how to say exactly what I feel about this story, and I've come up with this:

Clint, you're an a*****e!

I would vote for Steve, but can't see Stark as the first husband. "The people" would boot Steve out within three months for the antics he performs just on a daily basis. No telling what he'd get up to as the first husband.
