I totally agree. When Alphonse gets mad, he's MAD. I love stories where he gets to do a total beatdown on people like this. XD (I mean, as long as Ed's actually okay at the end.)

Aw! I love this! Sorry this is so late (I've actually had this open to read since it was uploaded, but kept getting distracted by RPs and such, lol.), but I LOVE this! I love protective-of-Ed!Al, so seeing this made me so excited, and reading it was even better! This is incredible, I can't! WOW! I hope you do more in the FMA universe 'cause I would love to read more! I definitely agree that Al would SNAP if someone ever hurt Ed like that, and I loved how it all played out! Haha! Rock on!

That line in the beginning sounds like Tuffnut, in that episode where Alvin the Treacherous is looking for 'The Dragon Conqueror'. I was reading it, thinking: 'Wow. That's a real coincidence, huh?' XD

But seriously I agree. I've always felt that, while Al has always had very marked self-control, it's also what makes him all that much more terrifying and dangerous when he's pushed far enough to lose it.

(Plus - he beats Ed at all their spars, thus clearly the superior fighter. He just... doesn't make a big fuss about it.)

I liked this for many reasons but I don't want to bore you with the thoughts it sparked as they would likely take up, embarrassingly, more lines than the fic itself. -_-

This is really great, and looking through the series there's been times where the boys looses it because they protect each other, don't know about brotherhood yet but in the first season at least. Thanks for another amazing story!
