I really loved this. Very emotional and wrenching for the characters, but so worth it to see them work through things. Even in love, not everything can be sunshine and bunny kisses - and this story shows that it still can end up happily. Thank you for writing and posting.

Better than the film.
I agree with film was lacking and not just because of Spock and Nyota. I believe that Robert Orci drives the new franchise. However, some fans rejected Spyota, so they gave the task of film writing to Pegg and it sucked. The film franchise is stuck in limbo - we are constantly bombarded with Kirk's insecurities and Spock's indecision. Frankly, I am tired of it. Wish I had the dough to produce the next one.

Anyway, this is very good. At least Spyota fans can get some resolution through your stories.
