Maze Puppet chapter 1 . 8/6/2016 CUTE! I really enjoyed reading this! I like the hesitance and uncertainty of their budding relationship! I thought for sure it was going to be pre-relationship, one-sided affection...I was pleasantly surprised! :3 Adorable little one-shot! I'm saving this one for a future read! -Maze Puppet |
jy24 chapter 1 . 7/26/2016 And Lavi thought to himself that he is a great Bookman. |
Here Comes The End chapter 1 . 7/24/2016 It's nice that you acknowledge the fact that Kanda's age is screwed up (Real age 9 - Body 18/19 - Mind, who knows?)... Not many people do that. Good work! |
claisu chapter 1 . 7/23/2016 This was so good, so, so, good. The way you wrote their relationship made it feel like it was natural and not forced at all. I just want to quote the entire fic because I loved everything about it. I can't though, I don't know if there's a character limit on reviews lol. I have a lot of favourite parts. ""I- sorry, I um-" he mumbled pathetically, casting down his silver eyes. Kanda's eyes, in turn, softened, and his blush darkened." I'm such a big sucker for this type of stuff, when a stoic character smiles at their partner as if they're the world. Or something like that lol. "Both boys stared at each other intently, and Allen soon couldn't help it as a goofy grin started spreading through his face. He had just kissed Kanda. Kanda had kissed him, it was surreal, it was amazing, really. They had kissed before, a whole bunch of times, but every time he got this feeling as though it was the first time." This! This! THIS! I honestly smiled so wide when I read this, it had hurt. It felt so natural and human and domestic. I absolutely loved this so much. "Allen felt Kanda's forehead lean against his own, the weight pushing his head back into the wall with a small thud." I love forehead touches so much thank you for writing this I love you. "Did he dare? He was somehow afraid Kanda would beat him up, or worse, walk away." This made my chest tighten in such a painful way. They're both still so insecure and hesitant to do stuff with each other and you captured Allen's and Kanda's worry so well. Thank you so much for writing this, I haven't read something that gave me so much emotion in a while. |
