The greatest story that I have ever heard nice one

I'm so happy I decided to jump into Yugioh Puzzleshipping hole again... 'Cause I found this!
After tons of Yami x Yugi fanfic I had gone through after 4 years I still manged to find this GEM!
Omg, I don't know if you're still active on this acc but in case you are, I hope you can read my review. I seriously want to express my admiration and respect towards you! Thank you, thank you so much, such a long time since I was THIS excited to go for the next chapter (which is another thank you because you actually FINISHED this fic!).
Your plot surprised me, things got interested as they developed, mysterious and scary, laced with a sense of humor and romance and tenderness. Your writing skill is on a high level I have to say! It's partly the thing that keep dragging me to the next chapter, and I'm willing to.
The rest part is how you develop the plot, I have a vague outline for the truth behind Yami/Atem's darkness but absolutely not as fascinated as your actual one! And the way you solve the problem! It's just not some random magic to end an obviously happy-ending story, I feel like... you gave Bakura something he deserved yet the original manga didn't gave him. You gave him hope. Love. The right to live. In this fanfic of yours, you actually save him.

Can I just say that this story was amazing and you deserve just as much glorification as the it deserves? I loved this story so much, I was screaming and going wild reading this! Read it all through the night - binged it like hell until it was morning of the next day. I adore the mysterious vibe it had in the beginning as it slowly blooms into this giant flower-shaped cyclone of "holy fuck." It's beautiful but disastrous and wiiiilldddd. Confusing at times, yes, but never once did I lose interest in this. Writing was absolutely beautiful, story was wonderful! I give you a big thumbs up for creating something this great. Waited so long to read this. All I can say is it was worth the wait. I thought your first story was amazing,but this was a million times better. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

You got me with Yugi's friends. You got me for sure. I was blubbering too much at the friends part. I was quite literally stifling my son's the whole, whole scene. Having to stop and think about it every few minutes. It still makes me feel sad that they can't really be remembered... I know it was implied that the feeling would sorta still be there, but even so! TT ATT
What an excellent story, though! I think it'd be safe for me to say it was one of the best ones I've read! You sure took me for a ride the whole time, I never imagined the twists and turns you took. Just wow. You made me feel so much!

I loved you portrayals of the characters, and the friendships were so wonderful! You could feel the love and passion for each of them. It made it all the more difficult to control myself when they had that final departure.

Usually, when I read longer stories i get that feeling looking back like 'oh yeah, that happened in this story, it sure has taken a pretty different course since then.' But while I look back and feel like the tone had totally changed, I still feel like it all flowed so wonderfully. I'm not sure what else to say but everything fit in just about perfectly by the end. You've done an excellent job! I hope you feel really proud of your work here. It's certainly worth multiple reads!

Also, why isn't it a mentioned thing that Yugi is part of Atem, so by that extension he is technically also Pharaoh?... Also, wouldn't it be bad if Atem existed without his light? Wouldn't that just cause another corruption with all of the leftover darkness? I dunno, it seems like a sillier decision to me...

I actually had a bit of a theory back when Bakura started changing that it was related to Ryou's sudden dissapearance. I suppose that's also why Bakura took such a liking to Yugi, too...
This start as been so much more than I ever anticipated! It's just soo good! I'm really sad that Yugi's friends will fade into nothing and it's supposed to just be okay. I hope it all works out in the end.. ;

Hey, did I mention that I love Bakura yet? They are like best buds now, and that's so ironic compared to the canon, but I just love their dynamic! Atem is jealous, but I can see why, for the first time ever part of me wants to ship Bakura and Yugi a little. XD

Woah! Holy shit! What is going on!? I don't know what it is yet, but I gotta know!
Damn story, why can't I quit you!? ...for the night.

And the plot thickens... It's been hinted before, but I suppose Atems remembers a past with Yugi and Seto, I wonder what it is! Yugi, go back into the danger and find out! I must know!

(Sorry for the lack of commenting, I'm so hooked I can't think of anything coherent enough without sounding repetitive.)

I've been following this since chapter 3, I think. And I've loved every second of it. It's been a wild and crazy ride, and though I feel like the ending is a bit bittersweet, I believe that it's the best ending that could have been written for this story.
