Okay. I'm sorry ... This is my second time reading this story and I just realized there are waaaaay less reviews on it than it deserves, and I didn't even say anything the first time! I LOVE this story, and would totally favorite it again if I could.

This was a simply beautiful piece. You make me love all the characters in anything you write. it's amazing! Donnie's slow downgrade was pitiful. And Bernadette's slow revelation over who this turtle really was was so special. Keep writing, you certainly have a knack!

I read this story last night, but I had to come back this morning to favorite it. I think there's a plot hole I can't quite put my finger on, but everything else is so good that I just don't care very much.

The quantity and quality of your headcanon is mind-boggling. You do such a good job with the characters - not just the two protagonists, but April and Irma and Bernadette's old boss as well.

It's probably best to leave this as a one-shot, which is too bad, because I want more. Keep on writing!

I loved this! I am a sucker for Donnie, even if I am more of a Leo gal myself, lol. But Donnie is in a very close second, and I loved seeing him being hero in his own dorky way. And oh my gosh he was so pitiful right before his brothers found him, can we say right in the feels. Anyway it was very well written, just like Grounding Wires. Which I must add I loved just as much as this.
It would be cool if you did this in Donnie's point of view, but you are the author, so let your muses lead you were they may.
