I liked the emotion in this chapter. Shiro's got to let go, accepting quite quickly there was nothing he could have done. For Lance though, it was a lot harder, as he blames himself. Poor Keith.

That was a good chapter. I wonder how Shiro's going to react to Keith of all people getting left behind, as there are clues that the two do know each other prior to the events, or if he'll manage to keep his cool. I'm also wondering what direction you're going to take this.
