Actually, you should have continued. It's quite interesting. Perhaps, Sabo's memories return, perhaps he joins the Revolutionary Army, perhaps he still keeps his rank among the Marines, perhaps he destroys the system from the inside, perhaps Garp covers up for Sabo, now he got his memories back... The possibilities with that kind of plot are great!

Garp reuniting with a long thought dead grandson and seeing him in a Marine uniform must have been quite a sight. Meanwhile Ace can't help but feel a stab of betrayal, guilt and hurt at seeing his long lost brother right in front of him.

My goodness, Sabo as a Marine is such a tantalizing idea.

Y'know, I really hope you continue this sometime soon. I've spent some time thinking about where this fantastic story might go and I can't wait to see where you might take it. So far this chapter is definitely my favorite. I absolutely love the interactions between Ace and Sabo, especially the part at the end when Ace figured out who Sabo was. It was very well done.

I really love this, one of my favorite things to do is imagine Ace kidnapping Sabo, and then the Whitebeards kidnapping them both and Sabo just being like " I blame you for this Ace"

Really interesting concept! Ace seems kind of rude though - did he skip out on the manners lessons with Makino in this timeline? The only other inconsistency I could see is Garp not being so subtle after he realizes that Sabo is part of the ASL trio. This is, after all, the idiot that told the marines he wouldn't pursue a pirate because they were his grandson (and then got officially ordered to do it right afterwards)

I couldn't stop grinning at all throughout Ace and Sabo interacting with each other, and even though you showed me a bit of the fight before what happened after had me going 'oooouch ;v;' poor Ace, i really wanna see how they next interact with each other again xD

And does Sabo still have the journal I wonder? If he does is he gonna read it?
