Lucy gets more and more practice in firefights and start respecting teamwork. Second talk went even worse then first, this time no excuse of ignorance for Shepard. Lucy was practically saint in this sytuation and have moral high ground.

After being imprisoned for years any food is good, in canon she literally killed for some food. Hearing voices in your head talking about killing cant be good. Greater good wont work for somone who was hurt so much by the world as her. Lucy talking about peaceful live and loving family is interesting was her past that much different from canon? One thing thay could offer to convinc her was resurrecting Kouta. It woud be much cheaper technology exsist and body isn't as damage. Kouta was as caring as in canon. Red paint why i have feeling she will use blood for this in the future.

Shepard reasons to recruit Archangel and Mordin make sense for paragon. Cell for most would be overkill, but for Lucy i ask where is sleeping gas. I love how you describe gore after Kaede rampage. Does Jack exist in this story or was she repleacte by main heroina? So far Charon can use logic and Kouta sacrifice to stop her from stupid actions.
