PPPLLEEAASSEE come back! This fic is amazing!

Imagine my great disappointment to stumble upon this work and know it had not continued to completion. It is a shame but your reasons are understandable and your own. I've recused myself from RWBY, aside from fanfiction. It is a wonderful setting but handled very poorly. Again, a shame that you've stopped for this story is an uncommon one but I am glad to have read it nonetheless.

Gotta say, that’s incredibly unfortunate. The direction and writing of this story was going so well. Jaune being more competent but not overly so. And easily my favorite character, Colcannon. I loved how he talked and his whole vibe was great. Though, I understand your misgivings with V4 and 5. And the fan base. I hope someday to see this continued. If not, then I would like to say I adore what was presented, and hope your other stories are as well written and compiled.

Funny thing is, I actually Googled the thing before I reached the end.

This is really good and the announcement makes me sad.

I'll say this: Take cannon as a Guideline, not as a rule. This is Fanfiction, make it yours.

Also, dont let other people stop you from writing what you want to write.

This was nice. A real pity though. That's 2 stories of yours that I liked. The other I posted a review pretty much denoting all my thoughts. It was a fun ride while it lasted though.

Followed and favorited by the first chapter alone. Amazing.

A bit of a downer, because I really liked this story. But I kind of get where you’re coming from.
Fanbases can be a bit cancerous, and with Rooster Teeth being so open and connected to the fans and audience in general, the feedback affects them more than most tv shows. I suppose it’s also hard to be firm on decisions regarding plot when it’s not being done by the original creator of the show. Not saying the guys doing it right now are doing a horrible job or anything, but I have no doubt that if Monty was still at the helm, the show would be far more of a sensation at this moment.
In case you decide to come back to wrap this story up later down the road, I will follow the story. Nonetheless, good luck on your other works!

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I can't say you're exactly wrong about how nasty the fandom can be... Hopefully the release of volume six tomorrow will inspire you to continue this awesome story! Thank you for what you've written already, and if you ever do decide to post anymore of this I for one will be very happy to read it!

Aww... I really liked this. I hope to see this come back but as far as endings go I was satisfied. I will always believe in the power of an excellent meal and I truly did like the Jaune in this fic he was confident, not arrogant or overzealous. Well characterized and likeable characters. I loved the small interactions between Torchwick and Neo. Truly adorable characters.
True vol 4 and 5 were dry but I personally like how it ended. And it seems I am pretty insulated from the inner working of this fandom. I’ve been so busy I haven’t heard of anything as bad as what you explained.
Also know that I will judge you for attempting NTR. It’s a rabbit hole full of misery, despair and agony. That’s if it’s well written and planned out excellently. Others are just a pit of debauchery, moral degradation and the suffering of good people.
