I appreciate the apology. Although a bit melodramatic, at least it was an apology and you admitted to your faults. That is the first step though. Now you must be careful of what you say (or word it) in the future. People can get easily roused by actions deemed deplorable. You need to be cautious of everything you say or do on the web. Not everyone is a gummy bear waiting for a hug.

Also, you shouldn't be writing a one a' clock in the morning, or any later. It's one thing to jot down a simple idea, it is another to work on a draft in the middle of a night. Unless you slept all day, you shouldn't be damaging your health just for a piece of work that only turns out half-assed anyway.

Writers need sleep. Your brain doesn't fully function when it is tired and screaming for the rest. The immune system also suffers (as it starts to repair itself at 10:00 pm.). Sleep is mandatory whether you like it or not. You need to stop the writing process the moment it gets to late. I know some who start in the early morning (5 or so. Unless you are the Rock doing exercise, then you start at 4 in the morning.) and work from there until night fall.

This way the brain is up and fully functional. The imagination juices won't be hindered.

Another thing I suggest you do is look up some tips on plot development, character development, pacing, descriptive writing and dialogue. These basic things will help you in the long run with writing.

I have to say you wrote much better with demon's tail. Almost as if it were written by a different person... /shrug i hope you do go back to that one. Finish it up with the last villain, but if you werent the one wrote it, then nevermind.

I came here because a student of mine told me of how some peoples feedback’s towards a story are crushing instead of helpful. And when I checked this out I was shocked. Mostly about that what my student said was true.
Dear critics, maybe you felt that the author wasn’t very nice toward you, but can you blame him/her? You all weren’t that nice either. Just take a look at the critic storm you all made up here. You provoked the author to defend themselves instead of giving constructive feedbacks. This is what a review is for. Some of you mentioned about rules on how the author has to react towards his readers, but you should also read the rules regarding those who write a review. You should act as polite as the author. And it is clearly written down in the rules that when giving a feedback it should be one that helps the author and not crushes him/her. Giving a review is like reaching out a helping hand, but for me it looked like you all just wanted to beat the author down.
To those of you critics who wrote a review with their profiles logged on. I really respect you for at least having the backbone to write one while revealing your identity you have on this site. But I also have to admit it also made me sad when I read the reviews you yourself got on your stories. You once were victims of such cruel feedbacks yourself; you shouldn’t use this as some excuse as passing your pain on to another. While you alert the admins about stories not fitting the rules, some of you critics should also be alerted to them for your own impolite behavior. Even when you weren’t the one who started to lash out, if you revert to being rude yourself, than you are just the same as your counterpart.

As a teacher it pains me to see that none of you had actually tried to reach out a hand and help the author to make their story better, to help the author to love their story. Because only a story that is also loved by their author can shine brightly.

Oh no mister writer sir/ma'm, you are acting rather butthurt over the fact that someone called you on your bullshit. First, let's go back to the initial argument that started this all. A Guest reviewer called you out for insulting/telling someone how to review. Your response: Guest, you must have misunderstood me. {I didn't tell anyone what to do and I know I am posting on a public site. I was just saying that anyone who doesn't have anything nice to say shouldn't say it in the reviews, just keep it to themselves. I wasn't telling anyone what to do. And I didn't call someone a jerk because they want to give me advice on my story. }In fact, I love advice. What I don't like is someone who likes to get all pissy just because they don't like a story. I mean seriously, there is the option to stop reading if you don't like it, you don't have to cause drama. And I do admit, the story is crappy and I'm not really proud of it and I really tried not to make any characters OOC. I'm not really good at that and if you don't like it, make your own account and make your own damn stories instead of complaining about mine. Seriously, is this the only thing you have to do with your life? If you don't like it don't read it. It's that simple. And I'm not stuck up, in fact, I hate stuck up people. I don't even understand why you would review since my story is so 'bad'. Just go away if you don't like it. Sorry to everybody who doesn't like ranting but I'm just defending myself. You proclaim you aren't acting stuck up, but your comment both times say otherwise. You are telling people not to complain if they have a complaint. You are telling people to keep it to themselves, and are insulting them if they bother to even try to give their OPINION. Oh, and bringing up people's lives.. Really, how childish can you be. They take the time out of their day to read your piece of shit and you bother to insult that time and patience.

And as the Guests continued to call you out on your behavior, all you can do is call them "haters" and proclaim you were defending yourself. All you have done is successfully made yourself look childish. You can't even properly argue without resorting to such childish fits.

So, honestly, can you blame anyone for judging you on your behavior when you act the way you do. No, you can't. Instead of acting like a grown ass man-baby who can't handle someone calling them on their shit, you should have admitted to your mistake. Tried wording yourself better to avoid issues in the future. You should have also apologized to ALL your readers. Even the critical ones. They didn't have to waste their time on your story, but they chose to in case it might have been good or not. And it's no wonder you get such lying praise reviews, with your behavior no critic would want to deal with your disgusting behavior.

Do us a favor, get over yourself. Respect that people have their own way of reviewing whether it be harsh, blunt, nice, or whatever. There is no need to insult them just because you don't agree with their method of reviewing.

Also, your story has been reported for the Author Note chapter. Those aren't allowed you know.

While I understand you wanting to thank all your readers, non-story chapters are not allowed on this site under the following Guideline Rule:

Entries Not allowed:
1. Non-stories: lists, bloopers, polls, previews, challenges, author notes, and etc.

I suggest that you either move this to your profile or attach it to a chapter that has story content to it. You could also opt to risk it with the admins. But I remind you now that not only could your story be removed for the violation, your account could also be suspended, or removed, for breaking their rules.

Actually, I'm not butthurt over anything I'm just stating a fact. It's not my fault your butthurt over someone calling you on your behavior. Or your terrible writing for that matter. Congratulations on adding more bad fics to this fandom by the way.

Sepharim0 it's the admins website and it's their rules. In their rules it says to be respectful to ALL reviewers. Not everyone is going to strictly praise your work, and to be respectful to all of them. Even the ones that don't praise it.

And whether they like it or not people are going to either praise it, criticize it, or tear it down and it is their god damn right to do so. If the author doesn't like it, they can damn well post in private or shut the fuck up and learn to deal with it.

The way you said it did not make it sound like a suggestion. You just said "keep it to yourself and don't say anything." You could have said "I suggest you keep it to yourself or not say anything at all." which would then have specified that you had suggested such. But you didn't, which brings the question did you really wanted to suggest it or had you tried to dictate how people review. If you were trying to suggest as you proclaim, then mind your wording from now on.

I can handle that you wish to defend yourself, however when you act like a snob you have to expect to be called out on it. Defending can also be torn down by holes in your logic, and the other person defending themselves against your behavior. It's a double edged sword really.

If you are really tired of it, then try not to dictate how people review. Or how someone tries to defend said people. If you can't handle the fact that there are people who are going to defend other reviewers, then maybe you should learn to keep your opinions of said reviewers to yourself in the first place.

Just leave the reviewers alone. You can't help who is going to review anymore than I can help having a cold.
