You make humans seem evil... More than they actually are.
You said that humans don't try to understand Grimm.
But why should humans TRY to understand them ? Why them ? And not Grimm ?
You wrote that Naruto liked Humans flesh as if it was a delicacy not that he actually needed to eat. Since he is actually immortal if he isn't killed. Grimm do not ask questions and just go kill Humans whatever age they may be. You made your story seem a bit too much HUMAN HATING. Since you ignore things about Grimm just to make your readers sympathize and see them as VICTIMS. Poor Grimm... They just want to slaughter Humans BECAUSE they feel weird urges to do so... POOR GRIMM.
These EVIL humans won't let us eat them as snacks SO EVIL ! We are also so UNITED in our Psychotic hate towards Humans. And that makes us so much superior.

I searched a lot of time for a Crossover making naruto a grimm... But couldn't find ANY! So thank you for having done that.

How would Naruto fight with a new energy? He's had and used Chakra all his life... I love (Read sarcasm) when people intentionally nerf a character because apparently they simply CANNOT right a OP character well. It's been done, I've read a few fics where it has... It's not that common though, so I am not surprised when I open this up and read how nerfed he will be.

I’ll be blunt, this is one of the most incredible, well thought out and entertaining concepts for a Naruto Crossover I have ever read. You have truly outdone yourself with such exemplary work. The grammar was excellent, since I couldn’t spot anything, the word choice wasn’t repetitive and bland and you managed to keep me guessing at every turn.
