I am not being negative you have a good story but just remember the radio thing and police still have regulations and processes that have to be followed or it makes the story inconsistent if you omit them. Again you are doing very well. I can see you want certain things to happen in the story but sometimes I feel you ignore how it will play out in real life. Such as the kiss the MC shared with Batman it was forced a little in my opinion.
