I really loved this. My favourite thing about Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship is that it really showcases the ups and downs of being together. They bicker, and they're flawed but you never doubt that they love each other and you hit that on the head. Great job!

I had so much fun reading the fight parts, I love the fluffy bit too, don't get me wrong, but read about InuKag being their usual selves and by that I mean having hilarious fights is the fanfiction content I was looking for. Thank you for providing it.

You did a great job showing their love for each other through their flaws. It is very interesting when also Inu Yasha, and not only Kagome, is able to reflect over their special relationship.

These two may not be flawless, but your story-telling sure is. I'm always blown away with how talented you are. To me this could have easily have happened behind the scenes of Rumiko's story, your able to capture the essence of her character's and their romantic bond THAT well.

And I love that InuYasha and Kagome have flaws. Makes them relatable, and raw, and most importantly, real. Maybe that's a big reason why Inu and Kag are meant to be as a couple?

Thankyou for writing about this topic. I love that you addressed here how our OTP has flaws, but that doesn't make them incompatible, or make them deserve each other less, or make them bad people in general. I find that when someone loves a character or pairing they love them because their 'perfect', and then get very defensive when told they're not.

Anyways, thanks again. Your writing of the OTP has a very special spot in my heart. :)

I admit something about this struck a chord and had me bawling. I believe it was the line about InuYasha not calling kikyo stupid. My ex is with someone who shares similar features with me and that line really hit home for some reason. Your InuYasha was very well written. Will be favoriting

*\o/* now she gets it! proves his feelings by his actions, if he wanted 'perfect' he would be traveling with kikyou and seeing kagome only on occasion but he can't really be him with kikyou and she expresses by her actions and demeanor that she doesn't need his protection or company. with kagome he can be himself and i feel he loves to argue and it's exciting to make her angry. his self esteem is heightened by protecting kagome and being needed and accepted. his being with her all the time except for the occasional meetings with kikyou when she's nearby, but he always returns, but his willingness to protect kagome, even to the point of dying for her is really obvious proof of his feelings and respect for her. very nicely said. i wished that all those people who think inuyasha is stupid and verbally abusive would learn something about japanese culture and realize that he's not.

Aww! So cute and perfectly InuxKag! Is there anything you can't write ArtisteFish?! This was as sweet and details full as their relationship in the show, and I especially loved the little details of Inuyasha studying the "book" that Kagome was reading were he first arrived. He pays attention to what she does and what she's working on, because he really loves her. I love those little things that highlight how deeply he feels for her, I mean why else would he care to note anything about the books she reads, he's not going to try and read them.

Can't wait for more!
