Thank you for reading and reviewing. Harry is in his early twenties here. The more mature phrasing is Harry trying to appeal to Snape on a more cerebral level, while the more adolescent speech reflects his anxiety over sneaking a dog into the house when Severus is not a dog person.

Just how old is the Harry pictured here? Dialog seemed quite mixed from child to adult. Other than that, pretty good story.
