This is the first time I've seen this pairing, although to be honest if I chose, I wouldn't have read any LGBT fanfiction. (I mean, I support that everyone should have equal rights and stuff, but that doesn't mean I still don't find it a little weird)Making exceptions for what I consider my favorite RWBY author now, heh.
Well written, as always. I imagine it was shocking, to just wake up and find out the love of your life is standing right in front of you, like 'whaaaaaaa?'. Lover's awkwardness! One of the best kinds of awkwardness! (Parent/children awkwardness is probably the best kind)

Im super open to the idea of a 'muli-shipper' and now ive got another pairing to add to the list. This made me so happy and its definitely interesting to see Winter and Yang together. I think they compliment each other very well. Thank you so much for writing this story.

I enjoyed this little story here, a cute concept of soul mates. The aspect of meeting that love of your life, no, the very culmination of your being through first contact. It's great as a fantasy setting.
I am curious if you are or are not going to make a series out of this, even just to continue on with the concept, following Burning Winter with time they togeather and then some. As an example for the future, Yang and Winter are happily together and the such. Or where one of them dies and the other is wrecked with grief where life becomes unbareable for the other.
But hey, your the one getting paid for this (I understand authors with original content on other sites, but I'm not criticizing you for anything, people gotta pay bills and eat and everything else you humans do) and if a small suggestion slips through the cracks for a great story or series of stories, ah well, someone might do it. That's just me, but I think this could be fun if it does continue on with the future of this ship or any other ship (White Rose, Bumblebee, Arkos, Crosshares, etc.).

Very sweet. I'm not a big fan of the idea of destiny and fate in general (go free will!) but you did a very good job with the concept. And yes, it would be nice for Yang to have someone else take care of her for once.
